Mr. Venkatesh took the responsibility as sales Manager in Gulf Air own by UAE & Bahrain Gvts. During that period Gulf Air was SECOND CARRIER after AIR India.
2. Thomas Cook India : 1987-1992
Designation: Assistant Manager, Karnataka, India
Job Role: Mr. Venkatesh joined as Assistant Manager in Thomas cook - Cargo responsible for promoting Logistics activities in Karnataka. Subsequent to the year after joining this company he was entrusted to establish Thomas cook activates PAN India. After Establishing Ten offices PAN India he relinquished his positions from the company as General Manager India.
3. Hecny Freight India(P) Ltd : 1992-1999
Designation: Managing Director, India
Job Role: Mr. Venkatesh joined this Hong Kong Company which was engaged in multiple activities in Supply chain Management this company was a first company to establish under a FIPB (Foreign Investment Promotion Board) with 100% equity approved by RBI & Gvt of India. Mr. Venkatesh was given responsibility by the board members of Hecny Freight Hong Kong through Promote their worldwide operations & to establish maximum number of offices in India. Starting from zero he establish 18th offices with 200 people & by the end of his term with company, The Company achieved the turnover of 50 Million USD.
4. Atlas Logistics Pvt Ltd :1999-2011
Designation: Chairman & Managing Director
Atlas Logistics is one of the reputed freight forwarding company in India. Mr. Venkatesh has started with his small team and grew the company’s presences vastly in India & multiple presences globally as well. Under him the company could establish 25 offices in India & 13 overseas offices. Mr. Venkatesh not only CMD of the company he was also minority share holder in the company. With 700 people worldwide & turnover of USD 125 Million the company was sold to Japanese Tokyo stock exchange listed holding company called “SBS Logistics” in 2011 and he has completed all the noncompetitive agreement & exited in 2016.
5. Transpeed Logistics Pvt Ltd : Since 2016
Mr. Venkatesh and his family acquired Transpeed in 2017 & he is the current president of Transpeed Logistics Pvt Ltd. The company though established in 2005, the steam in the activity of the company emerged since year & half and grew from USD 2 million to 6 million in a very short period. The number of offices grew from 5 to 9 & employees from 25 to 60 during this period.
Mr. Venkatesh is widely travelled & with good network of overseas partners & customers established during his travel, he would be able to bring all his experiences, resources & contacts of last 3 decades to the benefit of the company.
